Me and OD now had a closer look at the problem - it is an already known one.
Open the document in OOo. Just click the large graphic of the bridge (on page
51) and open the graphics properties. On the first tab page click "follow text
flow" option and OK. Now it will look es expected.
This problem is already tracked as issue 84783.
