When the user create a flowchart in OOo DRAW, select and copy the flowchart,
paste it into WRITE and then resize the pasted flowchart, the text will remain
the same size while resizing.

The user have to manually resize the text.

Environemt for test:
Windows XP
OOo 2.3.1 ( Latest public Download )
OOo 2.3.1 Draw
OOo 2.3.1 Writer

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Open OOo Draw
2) Add 2 "Flowchart : Process" objects
3) Connect the 2 "Flowchart : Process" objects using any "Connector"
4) Select the "Select" tool
5) Enter text into each "Flowchart : Process" object
6) Select and copy the whole flowchart
7) Open OOo Writer
8) Paste the selected flowchart
9) Resize the flowchart and observe that the text does not resize with the
