2008 -------
The first document looks quite ok to me. Imports fine in OO 2.4 dev, the
checkboxs can be used in OO.
The second document, OO imports the checkboxes as graphics (even in OO 1.x).
Opening this in MS Word 2003 will also show those controls as graphical objects.
It looks that these have been corrupted on saving by MS Word. Word will even not
offer reasonable options for control properties or at least Basic code of the
controls.
