I can only reproduce it with a given document, not from scratch. Reproduction: 1. Open the attached document 2. Select "Tools --> Outline Numbering" 3. For Level 1 set the "Paragraph Style" to ".Titulo 1" 4. For Level 2 set the "Paragraph Style" to ".Titulo 2" 5. For Level 3 set the "Paragraph Style" to ".Titulo 3" 6. Click "OK". 7. Save the document 8. Re-open the document. 9. Select "Tools --> Outline Numbering" 10. The styles for levels 1 to 3 were lost. I solved the issue by linking styles ".Titulo 1" to ".Titulo 3" to "Heading 1" to "Heading 3" (using "Linked With" in the "Organizer" Tab of the "Paragraph Style" window).
