building lpsolve tries to execute "cc" instead of the compiler that was
configured.

This breaks the build when using the o3-build framework (iso with
build-prerequisites&tools)

It also hinders usage of ccache in some cases.

cd ./unxlngi6.pro/misc/build/lp_solve_5.5/lpsolve55 && sh ccc  && touch
/home/buildslave/botwork/shadow/lpsolve/./unxlngi6.pro/misc/build/so_built_lpsolve
ccc: line 15: cc: command not found

(CC is meant to be:
"ccache /o3/lx_ia32/bin/gcc-4.1.1 -I/o3/lx_ia32/glibc-pc-linux-gnu/include
-I/o3/lx_ia32/include -B/o3/lx_ia32/lib")
