MRU->FME: see attached document, just open and update the TOC at the beginning
-> page count increases from 6 to 8.
One additional page results from the growing TOC. The object on page one does
not have enough space on the page anymore so it moves to the next page.
Second additional page results from a bug: the frame keeping "Figure 2" (on page
6 after update of TOC) should have enough space on page 5. Easily to see when
triggering a reformat by entering a paragraph break in the Heading on page 5.
