Al other mirrors, such as ftp.belnet.be and ftp.tudelft.nl, offer only the EN-US version, which I use now in a fine way. 'Of' tells about a page with MD5SUMS. Site nl.openoffice.org does not offer a link to this page. Now, Accuhash gives a MD5SUM match OK of the downloaded file OOo_2.3.1_Win32Intel_install_nl.exe . Hence the cause of the failure is something else.
