After starting OO ver. 2.3, the 'Upgrade Available' icon appears for ver.
2.3.1.
I click 'Upgrade' and a separate window opens, starts the download, and places
an installation icon on the desktop.

The problem is that if the parent OO program is closed too soon (before 100+ MB
of files are downloaded), the download stops and the partially downloaded
program still exists on the desktop. Attempting to start this partial file
results in a CRC error and an (unwise) suggestion to start the program with a
command-line switch to ignore the CRC error.

Here are some suggestions to resolve this behavior:

 - When the program is prematurely closed, automatically delete the partially
downloaded file from the desktop.

 - Allow the "Downloading Now" window to remain open, even if the parent OO
program is closed.
