He has created a good screenshot showing the problem. See OOoBug49089.png. You can see 3 slides. The master slide has a grey bar at the top and a logo at the top right. In the 3 thumbnails you can see this "background". In the current slide it is not displayed. After closing the slide and reopening it, the bug could not be reproduced. The user can not say what he did to cause the bug to occur.
