2008 -------
Attached is another patch which fixes (in the same way) DDE encoding in SC and
SW. Of course we assume that source and target applications use the same
encoding (not hard coded cp1252 as now). This is the easiest way but it works in
most of cases (tested :) ).

BTW, can we mark issue 15540 as duplicate of this issue?
