In that instance, there is no footer showing in the second section - this may be a problem with OOo as an RTF Writer. My issue is that with properly formatted RTF, OOo as an RTF Reader fails to recognize the change of footer at a change of section, though it correctly recognizes the change of header. See my sample pluto.rtf, produced as a database report, with names and addresses now hidden.
