Confirming as a new issue. Using OOo 1.9.84 on Win 2000 SP4.

There is something definitely going on with the CSV export. I followed the given
instructions, and got generally the same results. The exception being that the
CSV file was not saved. I got the message about the active sheet, and it even
changed the filename in the title bar, but the file was not saved. Other formats
(ODS, XLS, DBF) did save normally.

fst -> This is DEFINITELY a priority TWO bug. There is Data Loss and Loss of
Basic Functionality, two requirements to be considered a priority 2 issue.
