A basis for a fix are the new list level attributes, specified here
http://specs.openoffice.org/writer/numbering/NewListLevelAttr.odt

But, this Microsoft Word document uses another feature, which is not supported
by Writer and also not planned yet. The numbered paragraphs "one;", "two;" and
"three;" have overridden the list tab stop position. The applied list style
defines the list tab stop position at 0,64cm, but the paragraphs have cleared
this tab stop position and instead have defined a list tab stop position at
0,95cm. Thus, after having the above given specification implemented further
work is needed.
