When saving using the Excel 2003 xml format option the program creates bad xmlns
lines, missing the namespace name. such as
xmlns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:spreadsheet". Should be something like:
xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance";.

Calc can read this fine but can cause issues elsewhere, for example, the level
editor program I'm writing.
