I normally work the spreadsheet on Win XP machine and it runs fine. I accessed the file on a PC using Win Vista Home Prem over my wifi network which led to my report. Having had your reply I first looked at the file with XP OK and then closed and reopened the file over the network to the Vista PC. Damned if the paste feature was now available. It was definitely not yesterday, not on the toolbar,the edit drop down nor on right clicking any cell. Whatever it was has now resolved itself.
