Reproduction: 1. Start OOo Writer 2. Insert a picture in an empty document 3. Add a caption to the picture by right-clicking on it and selecting caption. 4. Resize the frame which was now introduced (the picure will also resize) 5. Now select the picture (only the picture, not the frame) and jump to the right-click menu. 6. Select "picture" in the right-click menu. 7. Now a new window opens. Just click "ok" and the picture will change it's size. The problem is that in the picture submenu, the size of the picture is does not have the actual values.
