------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Mar 13 17:50:43 +0000 2008 ------- This problem seems to be specific to the attached document (SampleFile.odt). This file has been opened and saved as several times; this is the 8th generation of the file with edited content (I do this to preserve the basic style; I know I could do this with styles sheets, but......). You can (I hope) replicate the problem doing the following after opening the file: Go to Page 2 Part A: after bullet 5, copy the following text:"All lab glassware and surfaces were cleaned and glassware returned to the drying racks and chemicals disposed of per lab assistant's instructions." Go to page 3, case 3 bullet 6. Remove numbering from bullet 6, and reduce indentation to the margin. Paste the text at the beginning of the line "wo....." (note this is immediately after bullet 5; this appends the copied text immediately before "wo..."). Subsequently, the application locks; only killing through the Windows Task Manager will end the process. The file seems to recover just fine.
