------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Mar 14 14:10:28 +0000 2008 ------- A simple question: Isn't the phrase "if one of us makes a derivative work of your contribution, the one who makes the derivative work (or has it made) will be the sole owner of that derivative work;" in Sun's SCA (Sun Microsystems, Inc. Contributor Agreement) indication the perfectly exact opposite of what the GPL says? SCA will allow anybody (=Sun) to transfer ownership of work that isn't theirs. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
