Tested w/ OOo 2.4 m_11, Kubuntu 64bit, SRB 1.0.2
Well if you follow the steps to reproduce then this fails - the underline is
still black. But this still works it is just done different with 1.0.2 I
suppose.
In the conditional formatting box select font and there you can control the font
color and the underline color and this does get picked up in the report.
