Format pulldown menu has the "Data Ranges" but is greyed out... The functionality is actually 'hidden' in contextmenu "Chart Data Table". If you you move the series left or right it'll do the trick... Another thing that I'm missing is to access the chart wizard by clicking "Chart Type" context menu.
