hro: Our patches are still in ooo-build, it makes no sense to resync them again

All these patches have to be applied; the first one implements the
functionality, the second fixes it according to the changes in the OSL
protocol, the third one fixes an endless loop in case OOo crashes on startup.
I'll be happy to fix concerns, explain stuff, etc.
