User mmbick changed the following: What |Old value |New value ================================================================================ Ever confirmed| |1 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |NEW -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Mar 19 22:11:30 +0000 2008 ------- Error report Upon editing a 16 page A5 document with foot line the following error occurred. Page 14 contained a full size (excluding foot line) text frame containing some text and a second little text frame placed in it. Upon inserting additional text into the large frame the little text frame was shifted partly outside the page. The document was stored and closed in this state on computer A, and then transferred via memory stick to a second computer B. Upon opening the document on computer B and performing any scroll action the system sticked (symbol sand clock), the task had to be killed. This could be endless reproduced. Fortunately the document could be opened again on computer A. Marking the whole page, storing and inserting into an new file (via CTL C and CTL V) the task reported on closing the new file Windows memory error. Clearing the little outside placed text frame by CTL X und inserting into another place solved the problem. It seems that memory space is violated when text frames get partly outside the page. A similiar error occurred later when it was tried to insert a large text including picture into an text frame to little for the content (no linking to next text frame was done). --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
