I'm speaking about the ability to set the color (or background image)automatically for new notes. And set, change or delete colors of notes according to parameters and rules defined in OOo Seeing something like this in MS Office 2007 that was called "voorwaardelijke opmaak" roughly translated conditional lay-out, for cells in MS Excel. -------------------------------------- Here's an example: What if there's a document that a group of people are trying to write or make something in.
