CUPS can use duplex and tray options that exist only actually on OO printing module. With Solaris printing module, We have duplicates with OO printers. Some customers use more that 180 printers ! But if we use in same time the gnome gtkprint library, we can reduce this long list to the essential. Why should we use an "option" to select the right print panel ? Because some "old" version of Solaris and applications cannot use CUPS.
