------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Mar 27 14:50:53 +0000 2008 ------- The problem is solved. I deleted the DRAW.XCU in user-directory '..-\registry\data\org\openoffice\Office\'. Perhaps there was an old setting, from an earlier OOo version. Normally there is no Ellipse symbol with a little trinagle. You have to insert it via 'Customize Toolbars'. It's the second Ellipse symbol in the dialoge 'Add Commands' in Category Drawing. If you click on the triangle than you can see 'Circles and Ovals'. In Draw this toolbar is not listed in menu 'View-Toolbars'. In Impress it is.
