------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Mar 31 17:38:48 +0000 2008 ------- How can this issue be "CLOSED"? Not only does the problem remain in OOo 2.3, where it was supposed to have been targeted, but still exists in 2.4. Why should this basic design issue - adopting the same basic grid structure, with rowspan and colspan attributes, as used for tables in every other major application (not to mention HTML and even ODF file structures!) - still be unfixed six years after this bug issue was opened? Even worse, closing #4032 also closes all of the issues that were closed as duplicates of 4032. Is there any other use issue as important in retarding the adoption of OOo or forcing users to maintain Word for their technical use? Is it time to upgrade the priority from P3 to P2? --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
