------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Apr 1 08:35:02 +0000 2008 ------- In release 2.3, selecting a text made of comma separated values from, e.g. a DOS command prompt window and pasting it into a cell resulted in displaying directly the Text to Column window, in which the user could tell Calc to split the text in columns. With release 2.4 the behaviour is different: the text is immediately pasted without asking. The user has then to select the cell, select the Data->Text to Column menu and then to ask to split the cell. This takes much more time and clicks than before.
