Then change the code that the intends from the bullet item and from the lr space item are additive like in the writer and not redundant like currently in the outliner engine. First step for this issue is for TL to rework outliner and editengine that the model uses the bullet item and the lr space item like the writer does. Also remove all places that merge bullet item and lr space item in outliner engine.
