Took me some time, but here are the locations:
default_images/res/commandimagelist/*_filldraft.png
default_images/res/commandimagelist/*_graphicdraft.png
default_images/res/commandimagelist/*_linedraft.png
default_images/res/commandimagelist/*_textdraft.png
Obviously there are 4x variants (* = lc, lch, sc, sch), so 12x files to remove.
I will raise a seperate issue to take care of the custom icon themes (I'll do
this myself). This issue is solely to remove these icons from the default theme
(so back to you AW!). When you remove them from default_images, please make sure
Stella has also removed them from icontool- otherwise they will keep reappearing
with each resync from icontool>CVS (I'm guessing this problem persists). Cheers.
I will also attach the images in question for clarity.
