------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Apr 3 23:24:50 +0000 2008 ------- During creation of slide in Impress app sometimes I use Text boxes (the 'T' icon at toolbar). When I will not fill in such text box with text and click somewhere else the empty text box will become deselected and will disappear for forever. Then I can blindly click on slide to select it again. If I have luckwill find hidden, empty text box. If not will have to create new one. How to reproduce "invisible text box" effect: 1. Open new, empty presentation in Impress. 2. Click on 'T' icon in drawing toolbar at the bottom of Impress window. 3. Draw text box (do not fill it in with any text) 4. Click somewhere on the slide area (the text box will be deselected and will disappear). How to solve: Please add option in View menu: "keep objects visible after deselection" I do not know if this problem only exist with text boxes or not because do not use Impress too much. However this effect I described is very unpleasant for me. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
