Hi,

Thank you for contacting CollabNet Support.The public keys for the users could
be uploaded by the domain administrators on the site by following the link 
below:

http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/TunnelList

Steps :
1. Click on the 'Manage SSH keys' link on the left nav under 'Administration' 
tab.
2. From the displayed users list filter out the required user, click on the
existing public key link.
3. Remove the existing OOo public key for the user & paste the contents on the
new key.
4. Click on the 'Submit changes' button to have the keys uploaded for the user.
