Steps to reproduce:

1. Open one of the following sample documents:

http://bugzilla.gnome.org/attachment.cgi?id=108525&action=view
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/attachment.cgi?id=108532&action=view

2. Launch Accerciser and use it to examine both the accessible text for the
objects in the document and the accessible hierarchy.

Expected results: Each embedded object would be represented both by an embedded
object character within the text and by an object in the hierarchy (e.g. an
object of ROLE_IMAGE exposed as the child of the paragraph which contains that
image).

Actual results: Embedded object characters are present, but there are not
corresponding accessible objects in the hierarchy. Therefore, ATs know that
*something* is embedded but have no way of knowing what that something is and
hence cannot provide that information to the user.
