On 'View' menu, select 'Customize...'. You'll get the 'Customize' dialog box.
This dialog is not resizeable, and so it difficult for the user to scroll
available listbox entries.
This is relevant to either 'Menus', 'Keyboard' or 'Toolbars' tabs.

It is not necessary to be able to widen the dialog, but it is important that the
user be able to make it taller, so that more entries will be visible in any of
the available listboxes.
