Therefore I've set up a calc sheet as database with the list of recipients on the 2nd tab. I have several data sources registered with Base. I start the mail merge assistent: Step 1) -> select current document Step 2) -> select email as document type Step 3) -> choose address list -> new address selection window opens: I point & click my mouse to 'email_circular_test' and get the table selection window: I select table 2 and press ok: Looks fine, but when I just move the mouse pointer over one of the other data sources, the data source will connect automatically (annoying if you have to enter passwords for every source): If I move the mouse pointer over the entries again, the selected tables are all renamed to the one with the first letter in alphabet (I guess so): This behaviour occurs with all tested OOO version from 2.2 to 2.4.0.
