As MRU already stated the Microsoft Word WW8 file format does not in general
support objects (frames, graphics, embedded objects and drawing objects) inside
other objects. As-character anchored objects are possible
Thus, basically nothing can be done to fix this behaviour. There exist some
special handling - see the example text document given by MRU. These special
cases can not produce correct results.
Workaround: Use existing workaround by choosing anchor type to-paragraph instead
of to-frame
