After installation Installer currently leaves the installation files on the desktop, open this folder. 2. Now extract all the contents from the .cab files. (This works easily via the context menu with the software I use, Iz-Arc.) 3. Recompress the extracted folders using 7-Zip (as .7z, using Ultra setting). The new compressed file has a size of about 81 MB, compare that to the 114 MB of the standard installer!
