Please leave issue up so I can refer others to it. In summation the solution for embedding a .swf file is as follows: 1) Download (or copy) the file npswf32.dll (http://www.dll- files.com/dllindex/pop.php?npswf32) 2) Put npswf32.dll in the directory: C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 2.4 \program\plugin 3) In impress (or other OOo program), go to Insert/object/plugin (then select .swf files under the dialog box). I am glad to finally get rid of MS$$$$$$$! --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
