The OOo 2.4 isn't supposed to be build with MS Visual Studio 2008, but the current version (DEV300 m7) should compile fine. If you have problems compiling the current version of OOo, please have a look at the OOo wiki ( http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/ ) first.
