So say I want paragraphs of text under headings of style "Header 1" to be of a particular style, and then paragraphs under headings of style "header 2" to be of a different style, etc. Then when I change a heading from one heading style to another, then the following paragraph will change it's style accordingly. And the same for when I copy and paste text from somewhere else into the document.
