I really wonder why this solution with DicOOo as a document-based wizard was
chosen. It works theoretically, yes, but it looks not very professional. Also,
in my current OOo1.1.3, when I click on the DicOOo wiuard in the File menu,
nothing happens (probably some wrong path...). So, imho the current "solution"
is more a "workaround". (Although Laurent Godard has done a great job with 
DicOOo!)

I would also suggest that for 2.0.x the installation of dictionaries becomes an
integral part of the OOo application UI, accessible from the Options->Language
settings->Writing aids tab as already suggested above.

Are there legal issue with DicOOo or any implementation problems that would
prevent that? (I mean, apart from the fact that there are more urgent issues to
fix.)
