(for Linux it was ok) I have myself added mn to completelangiso variable in solenv/inc/postset.mk and "mn 1251 1104 # Mongolian" to setup_native/source/win32/msi-encodinglist.txt. After that, the build succeed for my Windows system (using sygwin on windows XP) without problem. I am not sure whether it is enough at all so I didn't generated patch file. (I don't know how to support in MacOS. Pavel knows it. ) You can also support for Mongolian Classical/traditional. Localization is also planned. MS LCID Hex=0850, MS LCID Dec=2128.
