Wow, fl, are those actual screen shots? That's awesome!

Not allowing the cursor past the first space isn't ideal, but it's an acceptable
way to solve the problem of keeping the cursor out of the gray area past the
edge of the page. Unlike barryii, I usually input text with "show non-printing
characters" turned on.

between the last space and the inky character at the start of the next line. If
it were at the start of the next line, then the behavior shown in the
screenshots should also be acceptable to folks who keep "show non-printing
characters" turned off. That is, while in the middle of a paragraph if you see
the cursor floating out in the margin, you know there must be at least one space
after it.

I usually run only the released code, but I'd love to get my hands on this and
try it. What version should I download?
