fme->troodon: This is too weird. Have a look at the new attachment. One empty,
numbered paragraph - word count is 0. khong also made this observation as
mentioned in issue 80815: "[...] To reproduce, in MS Word, click on bullet, the
word count is 0, type a word, word count is 2. [...]". That's the way I
implemented it in OOo Writer: The bullet/numbering string is not counted if the
paragraph is empty. Looks like this needs some more investigation.
