OO 3 dev m9 does not accept uno packages from 2.x - it crashes when I try to
install a package via extension manager. The system is Windows XP Pro Sp2. The
result is: Microsoft Visual C++ rintime error. The exception window shows wrong
path to the file: j:\OOo-dev 3.0\program\soffice.bin while the installation
directory is: j:\OpenOffice.org and there is no soffice.bin file in it - only
dll in "j:\OpenOffice.org\Basis 3.0\program". OO crashes after the window has
been closed.

The package itself can be found at
http://www.filewatcher.com/m/cyrtools1.3.uno.zip.126587.0.0.html.

Martin Hollmichel supposed: as far as I saw that for other packages, this can be
fixed by adding the Microsoft Runtime to the Uno Package, although I admit, this
might not be the most elegant solution, see
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=88503 for similar problem.
