------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Apr 24 06:50:40 +0000 2008 ------- I maintain my point that this is a ridiculous attempt as it only works if the people working with the documents willingly accept that as it is pretty easy to circumvent the "protection". The whole feature is just a reminder not to edit particular documents, not a protection. Everything that is not done on file system level doesn't work and can be circumvented even by unexperienced users that at least know how to copy a file. So in this case it would be enough to save the document with "open read-only" and allow only selected people to switch that off.
