When you insert an image in a writer document (Insert -> image -> from file) if
the image is too big to fit on the current page, it is moved to the next one
(with the anchor point being set more or less where your cursor was modulo issue
#66043)

*However* when this image replacement occurs, the content behind the anchor
point is not moved to the next page after the image. Document repagination is
deferred, and only occurs asynchronously when the authors modifies content after
the image.

This can cause many problems and is a huge time-waster:

1. if you save or export the document just after the image insertion, some
content will be misplaced (or will act as a time bomb - anyone modifying the
document later after this anchor point will cause an unexpected reflow)

2. if the inserted image is page-size, it's very difficult to identify where
exactly is the start of the content after the image: it can be before waiting
for the reflow, it can sometimes be under the image, getting a clue requires
clicking the image to display its anchor point which will load the image in
memory which is definitely not what you want if it's big enough to fill a page.
Add the CPU hit of the repagination when it occurs at last and this can easily
take several minutes of painful back and forth before the pagination settles
down.

3. if the ยง the image is anchored to has a page-break-before style (normal
choice if the image is huge, you don't want to confuse writer or the other
office processors the document will be exported to by letting them try to guess
where the page break must occur), you can end up with several blank pages before
the repagination is triggered and writer conflates the paragraph page break with
the image needs.

Please make writer perform all the pagination steps linked to an image insertion
at once and stop deferring them like now.
