--- snip ---
When I select a toolbar (e.g., via View->Toolbars->Name) I get a
floating toolbar. When I now switch virtual desktops with fvwm2,
Writer from OpenOffice.org stays on its virtual screen, while the
toolbar remains sticky, i.e. is still visible. So regardless which
virtual screen I select, I always see this toolbar. This does not
happen if the toolbar is docked.

As the toolbar is only sensible in conjunction with Writer itself, it
does not make sense to have the toolbar sticky. It should *always*
remain on its originating screen like Writer itself. In fact, this
toolbar disturbs other screens, where the space is required for other
applications.
