Obviously you have used a hand-knitted build environment to circumvent the
limitations the Express compiler imposes on our source code. This is nothing we
can support, the build environment would become a great mess otherwise.
We have planned to remove all usage of ATL in the near future, so that ATL will
no longer cause problems then. In the meantime you can use the environment
variable DISABLE_ATL=TRUE (IIRC support for this variable in configure is in the
works). This will prevent the build of some non-essential libraries but besides
that will be absolutely sufficient to build OOo on Windows.
