Thanks - I'm happy to hand this over (I will just close my CWS aceart04). I have
checked and updated the tarball, it is ready for CVS:

It would be awesome to get these compressed icons in for 3.0.
In addition, I assume this task will be used to add the theme to UI for
selection. As I described in Issue 87567, localization will need to be QA'd due
to problems in the past.
I would also suggest that the 'Default' theme should be renamed to something
specific such as 'Galaxy'. Currently the use of 'Automatic' and 'Default' is
quite confusing as their English meaning are similar and not distinct for most
users.
