2008 -------
o Current Configuration

 - Vista SP1, OO.o 2.4.0
 - Mouse - Microsoft Wireless Laser Mouse 8000

o Symptoms

I can't properly scroll through my document in Writer for example. I have to
roll my wheel for a long time until a page is moved a bit - it's something like
scroll wheel race :(

o Another Applications

When I compare it to other applications, my mouse wheel works perfectly. For
example - Mozilla Firefox, IE, ...

o Similiar Problems

Same problem is in Java applications. The problem should be solved now, because
of this fixed issue:

http://bugs.sun.com/bugdatabase/view_bug.do?bug_id=6524352

Last comment said, that SP1 fixes this problem. Probably yes, but not on my
computer.

o Possible Problem

Some applications expect Z value of +- 120. But some high resolution mouses
reports values like +-7, +-30, etc.
